Ms Koh Choon Fah

Koh Choon Fah was the CEO of Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd, where she was one of the founding partners. Her expertise in research and consulting, in conjunction with her wide-ranging experience across commercial, government and non-profit organisations, gives her an excellent overview of the industry.

Currently, she is a board member of Edmund Tie Holdings, CPG Corporation and Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. Choon Fah is active in the real estate community and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies at the National University of Singapore, Council for Estate Agencies and Vice-Chair of the Professional Development Committee, member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute Singapore Council and Chair of the Nominations Committee.

A former academic, her past appointments include Chair of the Urban Land Institute Singapore Council and member of the APAC Executive Committee, Board Director of Arts House Limited and Jurong Town Corporation.

Choon Fah graduated with BSc (Estate Management) Hons, National University of Singapore and MA (Business Admin), University of Georgia and is a life member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
