Fan Mingxuan is an assistant professor in the Department of Real Estate at the NUS business school. Her current work focuses on (1) the effectiveness of environmental and urban policies and regulations; (2) the effect of environmental factors on human capital and economic outcomes. Mingxuan holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
