Fan Mingxuan is a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Real Estate at the NUS business school. She is also an adjunct senior research fellow at the Institute for Environment and Sustainability, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Her research interest lies in the field of environmental and urban economics. Her current work focuses on (1) the effectiveness of environmental and urban policies and regulations; (2) the effect of environmental factors on human capital and economic outcomes. Mingxuan holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
