Ms Evelyn Khoo has more than 20 years of policy experience, having served in various Singapore government ministries, prior to joining the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) in 2015. She was subsequently appointed as a member of the senior management team in 2017, leading strategic planning, HR and capabilities, as well as corporate communication functions.

As Assistant Commissioner in IRAS, she currently oversees the administration of Property Tax and Stamp Duty. She also has statutory valuation responsibilities.

Beyond her official duties, Ms Khoo is an accredited CASE mediator and has interests extending to digital transformation and AI use case developments.
