Mr Sin Lye Chong

Formerly the Group Director (Land Sales & Administration Group) at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Mr Sin Lye Chong is now the Assistant Chief Executive (Geospatial & Corporate) at Singapore Land Authority (SLA). In his previous role, his responsibilities included formulating property market policies to promote a stable and sustainable property market, and planning and implementing the Government Land Sales programme.

As SLA's assistant chief executive officer, his role includes solving urban challenges by tapping on the possibilities offered by geospatial technology to facilitate data-driven decision making and solutions. Geospatial technology refers to location-based technology which is a key enabler in supporting Singapore’s Smart Nation and sustainability initiatives and is commonly used in areas such as mapping and road navigation.
