NUS REIT Discovery Camp 2026

On 12 December last year, we launched our REIT Discovery Camp in collaboration with REITAS, SGX Group and NUS Business School. REITs are a complex blend of operational expertise working in tandem with strategic capital management. Knowing what assets to buy, divest or enhance is as important as deciding whether to raise equity, borrow money from the bank, or recycle capital. The event featured leading industry practitioners who shared their insights on REITs strategies and operations with our NUS Business School students, and eventually culminated in a REIT debate.
