David is an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at IREUS and an independent director of Morgan Stanley’s Prime Property Fund Asia.  Previously, he was a Managing Director and Global Head of Research and Strategic Planning with GIC Real Estate, the real estate investment arm of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) where he spent 16 years.
