Xuefeng is a Senior Research Associate in the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies.

Before joining IREUS in November 2007, Xuefeng was a Senior Valuer at Dennis Wee Realty. Xuefeng was a lecturer in ANTAI College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University before she left for Singapore in January 1998. She visited the University of British Columbia, Canada, as a Visiting Scholar at Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration during 1994 and 1995.

Xuefeng completed her MSc (Estate Management) at National University of Singapore in 2006. She has worked on the research topics related to housing markets and housing policy.
