ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You are required to read the terms and conditions of this CRLPI Use and/or Download License ("License") carefully and click on the “Accept” button below, if you accept all terms and conditions of this License, before you will be granted access to this website.

USE LICENSE

National University of Singapore, acting through its Institute of Real Estate & Urban Studies, University of Pennsylvania, acting through The Wharton School, and Tsinghua University acting through its Institute of Real Estate & Urban Studies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Licensors”), hereby jointly grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to download, reproduce and/or use the information from this website (“Information”) subject to the terms and conditions of this License. You acquire no intellectual or commercial property rights under this License or through any disclosure hereunder except as expressly stated in this License. No license to any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right is granted under this License or through any disclosure hereunder except as expressly stated in this License.

TERMS OF USE OF THE CRLPI AND INFORMATION

Permission is granted under this License to download, reproduce and/or use the Information provided that

(a) the CRLPI and/or Information shall not be copied or posted on any networked computer or published in any medium for commercial use, except as expressly permitted by all Licensors in writing;

Licensors own all rights, title and interest in and to the CRLPI and the Information set out on this Website. Save as specifically allowed under this Licence, no part of the Information may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of all Licensors.

The CRLPI and Information are offered by Licensors only in jurisdictions where and when the same may be lawfully offered. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold each of Licensors and their respective officers, directors, agents, members, employees, attorneys and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of any of the terms of this License and/or your use of the CRLPI and/or Information.

TERMINATION

Your license to use the CRLPI and/or Information shall commence on the date you click “Accept” below. You may terminate this License at any time by destroying all copies of the CRLPI and/or Information in your possession. All restrictions on use and all other provisions that may reasonably be interpreted to survive termination of this License shall survive termination of this License for any reason. Your license to use the CRLPI and/or Information will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this License. Upon termination of this License for whatever reason, you agree to cease to make any use of the CRLPI and/or Information.

MODIFICATIONS

Licensors reserve the right at any time to modify the manner of, suspend or terminate your use of or access to the CRLPI and/or Information, with or without notice. The Licensors shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any expense, loss and/or damage arising out of or in connection with such modification, suspension, or termination. Licensors may amend the terms of this License at any time by posting the amended terms on this website and the amended terms shall take effect immediately upon such posting.

GENERAL TERMS

This License constitutes the entire terms and conditions relating to the subject matter herein and cancels and supersedes any prior versions of the License. You may not modify the terms and conditions of this License. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer the License or any right granted hereunder.

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Singapore, without reference to any conflict of law principles, and any legal action or proceeding between Licensors and you for any purpose concerning this License shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.

If any term or provision of this License shall be found to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable by any law or regulation of any government, or by any court or jointly appointed arbitrator, such finding shall not affect the other terms or provisions of this License, or the whole of this License, but such term or provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render such term or provision enforceable, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly, preserving to the fullest permissible extent the intent and purposes of the parties set forth in this License.

Rights and obligations under this License that by their nature should survive shall remain in full force and effect after termination or expiration of this License.

Any express waiver or failure to exercise promptly any right under this License shall not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-enforcement.
