Property technology (PropTech) firms have attempted to change property transaction processes in a big way by harnessing new and advanced technologies. Technologies enable changes to work flows and processes in property markets ranging from appointment of agents, advertising, search for buyers and properties, valuation, negotiation, closing of transactions to conveyance, mortgages and other services.
